In 2014, LBCI wins the Pikasso d’Or award, for its new look and feel campaign, “El Denye Alwen.”

In 2012, Randa S. El Daher launches the viral Ward El Khal cat fight promotional campaign for LBCI Drama.

In 2011, LBCI launches “cheyef 7alak” campaign, Randa S. El Daher, coordinated the artistic aspect of the campaign.

In 2010 she had responsibilities for the ongoing restructuring processes in each business entity of LBC Group in addition to managing the higher echelon decision-making process.

In 2006, Randa S. El Daher founded Red Media, a consulting boutique company that helps media outlets and Ministries of Information restructure the media sector and bring in new innovative ideas

In 2004 when LBCIsigned the deal to restructure Iraqi TV, a project approved by the US administration, Mrs Saad El- Daher supervised the new look and feel, the grid structure as well as the training of the team.

In 1998 she managed and delivered the project that placed LBCI News video streaming on the Internet, making it the first Middle Eastern news show to accomplish this feature.

In 1996, Mrs. Saad El Daher became the manager LBC Sat; a role which placed her in charge of developing the direction of new media entity.

In 1994 she created new and original concepts with high audience including “Saret El Se3a 8”, “Btekhsar Eza Ma Btelaab”.

As head of LBCI Set Designs, she envisioned and oversaw the development of unique concepts and set designs that broke the mold in the Arab world and grabbed the attention of regional audiences, including Phoenix de la Pub.
